Some third-party providers (Google, Meta, LinkedIn) may transfer data collected by cookies outside European Economic Area (EEA).
Implemented safeguards:
• Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC 2021) - Google, Meta, LinkedIn signed Standard Contractual Clauses approved by European Commission;
• Supplementary technical measures: encryption in transit (HTTPS), pseudonymization when possible;
• Transparency: You can consult providers' privacy policies (see Cl. 5).

Your rights: If you do not agree with international transfers, you can reject third-party cookies in consent settings.

• Law No. 58/2019 - transposes Directive 2002/58/EC (ePrivacy) on processing of personal data and privacy protection in electronic communications sector;

Appointmint may update this Cookie Policy periodically to reflect:
• Changes in technologies used;
• New cookies or third-party providers;
• Changes in applicable legislation.
