Pricing FAQs
Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Migrating your data and helping you set up the account are included in any plan. Separately, there is Premium Onboarding, 200 € one-off, for anyone who wants an opening session with the whole team and close support through the first weeks. It is optional.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, Multibanco, and MB WAY. Enterprise clients can arrange custom billing.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. The annual plan comes in 15% below monthly.
What happens if I go over my plan limits?
We warn you when you are getting close to your plan's limit. Above that there are paid tiers, and we tell you which one before charging.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Thirty days with full access and no card.
