Can I change plans anytime?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade anytime. Changes take effect at your next billing cycle.
Is there a setup fee?
No. Migrating your data and helping you configure the account are included in any plan, at no extra cost. Separately, we offer Premium Onboarding (€200, one-off) for a kick-off meeting with the whole team, tailored training and close follow-up through the first weeks — it's optional.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit card, Multibanco, and MB WAY. Enterprise clients can arrange custom billing.
Do you offer discounts for annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans save you 15% compared to monthly billing. Plus, you get early access to new features.
What happens if I go over my plan limits?
We'll notify you when approaching limits. Emails and storage stay unlimited within reasonable usage.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. 30 days free. Full access to features. No credit card required.
