These pages compare Appointmint with the software Portuguese clinics were using before they came to us. They are written from public sources, with the date we read them, and they also say where the competitor is the better choice — which is the part you need when you are actually deciding.
They do not all do the same job. Comparing products from different categories on price alone is the easiest way to make a bad decision.
They do what we do: run the operation of a clinic or an appointment-based business. Here the comparison really is product against product.
They live on prescriptions, diagnostic test requests, public health agreements and hospital integration. If that is what decides your purchase, they are probably the better choice today — and each page says so up front.
Specialised in one field, or built around a physical reception desk. The decision comes down to your actual workflow, not to a feature list.
“What captivated and impressed me most about Appointmint from the very start was feeling that I had a voice, that I was heard, listened to and valued. That I wasn't seen as just another customer.”

This list is not a market survey. These are the products our customers used before, or that the people who came close to joining us were using. Every one of them has won or lost someone against us.
About each competitor we state only what they publish themselves, with a link to the source and the date we read it. Where we found no public information, we say so — "does not publish" is not the same as "does not have", and we do not fill gaps by guessing.
The same rule applies to us, including what we do not have. There is a twelfth comparison written but not published: we could not confirm which company is behind the name we were given, and we would rather not write about a vendor we cannot identify.
This analysis was carried out by an artificial intelligence agent, under explicit instructions to be impartial, to cite only public sources, and to record what it could not confirm rather than filling it in with something plausible. It was then reviewed by us, and whatever is said here about Appointmint has to hold up in the product.
The research closed on 12 September 2026. Products change and so do prices — always confirm with the vendor before deciding.
