Mendov is one of the closest competitors to us on the essentials: calendar, patient record, invoicing, campaigns and indicators, sold in tiers by number of staff. Their published prices are even close to ours. The decision happens elsewhere — in what each one publishes about add-ons, and in the difference between sending campaigns and having automations that react to what happens in the clinic.

Anyone who wants the software to do work on its own — follow the lead, warn that the package is ending, ask for the review, send the survey — and to see the whole bill before signing.
At the small tiers the published prices are close. The difference shows up in what is not in the table: Mendov does not publish an add-on inventory and we do. Ask both for a dated quote for your actual clinic.
A campaign is a message the clinic decides to send to a list. An automation is a rule the clinic writes once — when this happens, and if these conditions hold, do these actions — and which then runs on its own, by WhatsApp, SMS, email, task or survey.
It is: the two do the same job and compete for the same clinics — the differences are in the rows above. If you do switch, data migration is free and we do it, not you: tell us what has to come across — clients, appointments, history, packages, invoicing — and before we start we will tell you what we can bring and what we cannot.
