What connects to what
API for external systems
Create and update clients and appointments from another system, read the schedule and log the messages that system sent. Each clinic gets its own credentials, limited to what the integration needs, and the technical documentation comes with them.
Real-time webhooks
Appointmint notifies another system as soon as a client, an appointment, a professional, an order or a pack is created or changed. Every delivery is kept in an activity log, with the receiving system's response.
Make, n8n and Zapier
They receive our webhooks through their own webhook trigger and write to Appointmint through the API. We don't have our own app in the Zapier directory: the connection is made by webhook.
WhatsApp Business
Appointmint is a Meta-approved Tech Provider. The clinic connects its own WhatsApp Business number directly to Meta, or uses the shared number included in the plan.
Google Calendar, Apple Calendar and Outlook
Each professional sees their appointments in the calendar they already use: sync with Google Calendar, or a personal link for Apple Calendar and Outlook. Appointmint's schedule is the one in charge.
MailerLite
Clients and subscribers kept in line both ways, groups by service attended, and anyone without marketing consent stops being sent.
GoHighLevel
Clients and appointments mirrored into GoHighLevel, with Appointmint as the source of truth.
Tax-authority-certified invoicing
Certified invoices, receipts and credit notes, issued through Cegid Vendus no. 2230/AT, with real-time or monthly SAF-T reporting to the Portuguese tax authority.
MB WAY, Multibanco and card
Payments through EasyPay, an institution authorised by the Bank of Portugal, each linked to the session it paid for.
Online booking on your website
One line of code puts online booking inside the website you already have, with your branding.
Your data, whenever you want it
The client list exports to CSV — all of it, or a segment by service, period and consent. A full export of the account is done on request.
